I ordered a 7.5 and it was not only extremely narrow but seemed at least a half size smaller than marked. They are great shoes though so I'm going to try if an 8 makes a difference. My star rating for comfort really does not apply as this shoe was one size (possible 1.5) sizes too narrow. My size is on the full side of 7 and sort of pudgy (fat maybe?). I'd consider a larger size but that might be over doing it for the rest of the fit. So... if I had a slimmer foot, I'd give this one a chance. I had to put in some arch supports though: the sole really feels thin. I’m not sure if it’s the result of their vegan production processes, but after only a month or so, the sole and the shoe completely separated at the heel. Some Shoe Goo (if they still make that product) would probably fix this, but I haven’t done anything about it yet. It’s the one major annoyance, and the only thing that gives me pause at purchasing Macbeth shoes again, but I probably will anyway: the name is wicked awesome, the shoes look awesome, and it’s cool to know you have a shoe that most other folks have neither seen nor heard of before.
